In collaboration with Small Media and the Collaboration on International ICT Policy in Eastern and Southern Africa (CIPESA), ISOC Namibia made a submission to the UPR on Namibia Human Rights issues on the internet. The submission focused on four key areas:
1. Freedom of Expression and Opinion
2. Freedom of Information and Censorship of Content
3. Right to Equal Access and Opportunity
4. Right to Data Protection and Privacy on the Internet.
Namibia third review at the UPR is scheduled for May 2021.
