PyCon Namibia, is a programming conference. That is annually attended by ICT professionals, software entrepreneurs, engineers, researchers, students, educationalists, for this open-source software conference. The Internet Society Namibia Chapter served as one of the sponsors of the event and like in 2017, the chapter once again presented on Internet Society strategy and also informed the participants about membership which is for free.
This platform provides an opportunity for chapter ongoing engagements with the Programming Community who are core in the internet ecosystem and highlight they key concerns, challenges and lessons related to the policy development and the technology of the internet.
The next Pycon Namibia is scheduled for 19-21 February 2019.
