DESCRIPTION:Participants: 48\n\nPurpose of the Activity:\n\nOur chapter Pre
 sident was invited to present in the National Council on an identified top
 ic “Rural Women Optimizing ICT for Development”. This event was organi
 zed by the National Council of Namibia through its Women Caucus in prepara
 tion of their 5th Rural Women Parliament with Male as partner’s chamber 
 from 10 -12 September 2018. This event spoke to our focus area of empoweri
 ng women though ICT which is an area that we would like to raise more awar
 eness on.\n\nOur chapter plans to deepen this continuous engagement with n
 ational leaders on issues  related to policies and development of the int
